How to prepare:

Method 1: Tear and pour the food into a microwaveable-safe-container. Let it reheat in the microwave for 3min

Or

Method 2: Put the food pouch into a boiling pot or add hot water. Let it in the hot water

for 3min. Tear the pouch and and serve on a plate/box given.
