Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The only item with manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange. Manufacturing defects such as leakages, moulds, and fungus Exchange requests with clear photos of the defects must be submitted to us within 3 days of receiving the products. Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by the customer. All products will be properly sealed and packed before sending them out to customers. Damages that occurred during delivery by courier services are not the responsibility of the seller. Please note that we do not issue exchanges or refunds for buyers' change of mind.
