Shipping Policy
Kindly confirm your delivery address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering. In the case of courier services returning an undeliverable package to us, we do not issue any refund. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Refund Policy
All items are sold on a non-returnable basis. Orders with confirmed payment are not allowed for cancellation. No refund or return of any or all products will be accommodated.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The only item with manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange. Manufacturing defects such as leakages, moulds, and fungus Exchange requests with clear photos of the defects must be submitted to us within 3 days of receiving the products. Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by the customer. All products will be properly sealed and packed before sending them out to customers. Damages that occurred during delivery by courier services are not the responsibility of the seller. Please note that we do not issue exchanges or refunds for buyers' change of mind.
