Shipment Processing Time

Refund Policy
We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
The item was defective and/or damaged when received.
- The item received does not match the agreed specification (i.e wrong type, quantity, etc.)
The item delivered has passed the expiry date.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would recommend Buyer to take a photo of the item upon received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the us (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), we will bear Buyer's return shipping fee.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
